Since 2012, the Kenya Bankers Association (KBA) in conjunction with its members has spearheaded the Kaa Chonjo campaign whose aim is to sensitize customers on the importance of protecting their PINs, passwords and financial information on cards and when transacting online. As the banking industry continues to make strides in the adoption of emerging technology, it is vital for all bank customers to be exercise caution when undertaking their financial transactions.
