Requirements
Registered Business Names Account
- Original & copy of business registration certificate and memorandum
- Original & copy of ID(s) or valid passport(s) of the applicant(s)
- Original & copy of KRA PIN certificates for all partners/directors and company
- Directors resolution to open the account with Family Bank
- Minimum opening balance of KES 5,000 for registered businesses
- Account opening reference form filled by a Family Bank account holder or latest 3 months certified statements for accounts held in other banks
Limited/Private Company
- Certificate of incorporation original and one (1) copy of the same
- Original and photocopy of Memarts or CR 1,2,8,12 and statement of nominal capital
- Directors Resolutions to open an account with a signing mandate
- Company PIN certificate
- Directors KRA PIN
- Directors copies of IDs
- Passport size photo (taken at the branch)
