Family Bank, through its philanthropic arm the Family Group Foundation which consists of a group of associated companies \u2013 Family Bank, Kenya Orient Insurance, Daykio Plantations and Alpha Africa Asset Managers, honoured its top 2018 students during the annual Mentorship Workshop Programme that was held at the Kasarani Sports View Hotel.<\/p>\n
The top boy Kipkorir Tito, who studied at Litein High School in Kericho County, scored an A of 81 points while Carol Mvuya Yoash from Bura Girls High School in Taita Taveta County emerged the top girl with an A- of 74.<\/p>\n

Tito Kipkorir will be joining the University of Nairobi to study Medicine and Surgery while Carol Mvuya, inspired by her father\u2019s interest and career, will be pursuing Mechanical Engineering at the Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology.<\/p>\n

We also take a step further and offer mentorship to the students and equip them at a very tender age with life and career skills such as the value of goal setting, excellence, stress and conflict management, self-identity and branding among other issues that the students encounter in their daily life,\u201d said Ms Jacqueline Mathaga, Family Group Foundation Manager.<\/p>\n
