- Full copy of Kenyan Passport/Kenya national Identity card

- Valid copy of Residence / Work Permit
- Letter from Employer stating employment terms
- 6 months latest salary bank statements certified by a Notary Public
- One passport size photograph
- Copy of recent Utility bill
- Draft sale agreement or offer letter duly signed by both parties and witnessed by a lawyer
- Copy of title for the property
- Appointment of Power of Attorney with Specific powers
For Limited Companies
- Articles and Memorandum of association and Certificate of Incorporation
- Board resolution to borrow
- Bank statements for the last one year
- Management accounts, Audited Accounts for the last 3 years and Cash flow
- Duly completed loan application forms
- PIN Certificate of the business and directors and ID copies
