- Select M-PESA Option
- Choose M-PESA to Family Bank option and complete the transaction details (amount and your M-PESA number)
- Submit.

- Go to Safaricom Menu
- Select Lipa na M-PESA, go to Pay Bill option
- Input Family Bank paybill number 222111
- Input customers full Family Bank account number (12 digits)
- Enter the amount
- Enter PIN then confirm to proceed
